All sales are final.

We suggest you carefully take note of the dimensions and specifications of the artwork.

All sales made via secure checkout are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours. After this 24-hour period, the sale is considered final.

Should an artwork be significantly different than described, you can get in touch at jandre@artitis.co.za, and we will work on a resolution.

Considering the unique nature of art, should an artwork be meaningfully not as described, inauthentic, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including getting your money back.
